Important Reminders for ICDC Attendees

Orientation to the First Few Days of ICDC

Exempt from Sales Tax: A new QUICK FORM for sales tax exemption.

Before You Arrive:
Rules and Eligibility Form: All attendees should fill out and give to group leader.
Attendance Permission Form: Just needs to be filled out by your group leader (either state or chapter advisors) and turned in when you register on site.
Special Needs: Fill out and either email to Jeff Collins or bring with you on site.

Upon Arrival:
Updated information sheet from DECA/Delta Epsilon Chi about the first few days of the conference.
Info Letter from Hotel: A welcome to you, with some important information.
Thunder Letter from Hotel: Includes restrictions and wristband information.
Emergency Preparedness Letter from Hotel: Just letting you know they are well prepared for anything.

Registration deadline to DECA Inc. is March 15. Chapters or state associations may have earlier deadlines; check with your advisor for details. Conference registration information is available now.

• An Incredible Opening Ceremony with individual and chapter awards and recognition, recognition of the states, provinces and territories in attendance, and a dynamic keynote speaker.
• Participation in the Professional Development Academies.
• Competitors vying for international honors in the Competitive Events Program.
• Hundreds of business and industry people serving as judges for the competitions.
• Numerous representatives from corporate supporters participating in the Career Fair/Marketplace.
• Members attending the Culinary Management and National Management Institutes and the capstone program, our Entrepreneurship Academy.
• Election of our new National Officer Team.
