Processing Your Hotel Registration
Please print out and review all of the documents below. They all include critical instructions and required forms that will help you through the reservations and on-site check-in process. Once you review these documents, please begin your communications with the Hyatt Reservations Manager. If you have any questions or concerns, communicate these immediately (not the day that reservations are due).

Hotel Registration Information
This document introduces you to the procedure for registering your hotel stay at the official ICDC hotel. Here you will find the contact names, appropriate methods for making reservations, and other details about the property.

Also included is the Official Delta Epsilon Chi Housing Summary Form. This will serve as your cover sheet when you send your reservations forms and deposit directly to the hotel.

Credit Card Authorization Form
Download, print and fax this completed form to the hotel in order to be authorized to pay your chapter's hotel bill by credit card.

Credit Application for Direct Billing
Download, print and fax this completed form to the hotel in order to be authorized to pay the balance of your chapter's hotel bill after the conference (deposit still required when reservations are made).
