ICDC Registration Information
All individuals participating in the conference must be officially registered. The information and forms located below include registration costs, policies, rules and other information related to registering for and participating in the conference. It is the chapter's (and state association's where applicable) responsibility to make sure that all of their delegates understand and adhere to the conference policies, rules, etc., to help ensure a positive experience for attendees.

Conference Insurance is available to all registered attendees for an additional fee. Details are available on the downloadable information form. Conference registration forms will indicate whether or not you elect to purchase insurance for each registrant.

Special Needs Form (for ALL Chapters & Participants)
Delta Epsilon Chi is committed to meeting the special needs of all its participants. Please download, fillout and return this special needs form with your conference registration materials in order to be accomodated. Accomodation efforts are guarenteed only with requests made prior to the conference. Onsite requests will be accomodated to the best of our capability but may be unattainable due to logistical constraints.

If your chapter is located in one of the officially recognized states/provinces/territories, you MUST process your conference registration through your "state" advisor, who will provide you with registration deadlines, information and forms specific to you.

Processing Your Conference Registration
Your chapter/members will process your own registration directly through DECA Inc. using the guidelines and materials found in the file above for “registration costs and information.”
This document also includes a few forms you will fill out and submit as part of your registration to provide general information about your chapter/group. Along with these forms, you will provide your specific member names, competitions, etc. on a pre-formatted Excel form.
